Hip new hotel with super-friendly staff at the reception desk. Modern and well-designed rooms with terrace and a mini bar and tea, marvellous breakfast. Favourable location for our needs, right by the best attractions of Palma and all the main sights and also the Soller train station and main bus station. 5 minutes' walk to Plaza Espana. Public parking nearby provided.

The location is fantastic, with the beach just a quick ten-minute ride away, and the vibrant food market nearby. The room was clean and spacious, with a lovely terrace that became our little oasis. Daily room cleaning and fresh towels added to our comfortable stay.

Positive, Great city location. It's just a 5-minute walk to the main bus station for easy travel around the area. The room was clean and spacious with a wonderful outdoor terrace. The daily cleaning with fresh towels was a nice touch. Loved the mini bar offerings too ☕

Cleanliness standards were high, and the staff were accommodating, eager to provide information about restaurants and local attractions. Noise from other guests disrupted our peace was great. The walls felt thin, letting in sounds that disturbed our quiet moments. Some areas of the hotel showed minor signs of wear. While I appreciated the hotel's charm and ambiance, addressing the noise issue could significantly enhance the experience.

my stay was good with a gorgeous room that had a lovely terrace, and the hotel's spot makes it easy to stroll to nearby attractions like Placa Major and the vibrant food market just a few steps away.

First, the street noise was unbearable, coming from nearby bars, keeping us awake until the early hours of the morning. We encountered building noise that hit like living inside a drum, and the soundproofing did not meet expectations. Most disappointingly, and the experience soured an otherwise lovely hotel.

Ca N'Alexandre, Adults Only offered a beautifully modern style while preserving the charm of the original building. The room was clean, and the location made it easy to explore Palma, with the beach only a 15-minute ride away. Access to shopping and local attractions was excellent, as I could easily walk just minutes to the basilica or vibrant food market.
